Can not login anymore on cigabuy

Hi. After payments my order . Now i can not login on cigabuy anymore . I will see some information about my order status but i can not login anymore . I have also tried " forgot passwords " but nothing happens. Anybody knows why ? thx

very bad if you receive defect item they dont replace it at all dont buy there,waist time and money
