Better Life

Love the product

Love the product. Only wish the larger size wasn't out of stock.

I love this companies products but

I love this companies products. However lately there has been too many out of stock items and the price increases are pretty drastic.

Rapid customer service response

Rapid customer service response; the rewards cash going to email first was confusing. Better communication on the rewards site would have given me information to anticipate your process.

Easy to order

Easy to order. Free shipping was a plus. I love this hand soap. Rinses off without residue. Clean feeling.

quick............

Toilet bowl cleaner

Ordered items . Checked back after a week told on back order . After 3 more weeks called back . Now told order just shipped . Just keep in touch and let me know sooner than 3 wks. that the order is still delayed . Y’all are usually great about all this . Hope this a one time thing . Thanks

You run out of items too fast

You run out of items too fast, or you have a sale with items already out of stock. Very frustrating. At least I got the dishwashing liquid, which was out of stock last time I got a sale email.

I've been using the cleaner for YEARS

I've been using the cleaner for YEARS. It works on all my kitchen surfaces and non-toxic to my dogs.

Amazing Product

We use their dish soap and spray cleaner all the time. It is nice knowing that there aren't any harsh chemicals being used. And the products work great and smell amazing.

Ordering from the website was easy…wonderful product

Ordering from the website was easy enough. I’m just wondering about the shipping ETA. I’ve received several thank you emails, but no mention of when I should be looking for it to arrive.

Great products and easy to order

Great products and easy to order. Just hate everything sells out so fast on sale days.

Constantly receiving damaged goods from this company!

Can't review Better Life until my order arrives and seeing if for the first time it arrives in one piece and not leaking all over and busted open!

Always a positive experience
