I have been drinking Diet Coke, first, as a University student in America up until today! Ecellent taste and it keeps me going in the long hours of studying and working later.. I highly recommend it !

Disappointing Experience Overall

I was really hoping for a better experience with this product. The flavor just didn’t hit the spot for me—it was way off from what I expected. I thought it’d be refreshing and crisp, but it tasted flat and oddly sweet. Plus, the shipping took longer than I anticipated. I waited nearly a week for my order to arrive, which was a bummer since I wanted to enjoy it during a gathering. The packaging was a bit messy too; some of the bottles had scratches and looked a little worn out, which made me question if they were even fresh. I get that things happen, but it all contributed to a not-so-great vibe. I really wanted to love it, but honestly, I’m not sure I’d order again. It’s just not worth the hassle when I can easily get something better elsewhere. Maybe it was just a bad batch, but overall, I’m pretty disappointed. I really hoped for something special, but it ended up being a letdown. I might give it another shot if I hear there have been improvements, but for now, I’m giving it two stars for the effort.

I was given incorrect information on the phone and in a letter. It has changed my opinion of the Coca Cola company. I will not tolerate it. I have even discarded my memorabilia and t-shirts for the Coke company

The rep Cameron told us via email that we would be able to purchase product at the store and get credit towards our account. Only after the cooler was delivered were we told we had to order product through Coke at 2x the price. Shady behavior... Just buy your own cooler, it's not worth the hassle. Overall pretty poor communication and customer service

Too many times I've been surprised by the new wave taste in the cans of classic coke. It tastes watered down, reminds me of new wave but it could possibly be manufacturing problems.I'm not pleased with a multi billion dollar company delivering a less than quality product for every sale it seems . I'll be buying a different product. Too expensive to roll the dice on your product .

I dislike the newest formula for Mr

I dislike the newest formula for Mr. Pibb. I do not like the more cinnamon,nor the fact that it has 30% more caffeine now than before. I have been die hard fan and consumer of Mr. Pibb all my life. Just drank my last can of the last formula and not looking forward much to the three cases of the new formula I have. I thought you just updated the can and case look. Im heartbroken that the formula also changed.

Lifelong Customer Lost

I actually rate my experience as not even one star but could not leave a comment without choosing one. I have been drinking the original Coke for my entire life and in the last few weeks have noticed a change in taste. The flavor is sickening sweet and has an artificial sweetener aftertaste. Coke has never been very sweet in general, unlike Pepsi, which is the first giveaway that they have changed it! I suspect that you have teamed up with the FDA in an effort to change our food to be healthier, but you can’t fool someone who drinks it every day. I’ve noticed the change regardless of whether I get it from the grocery store or at a restaurant. I know I’m just one person out of millions who drink Coke, and my opinion won’t be seen or even make a difference, but I’m no longer buying your product! You have lost a lifelong customer!
