I was a Coca-Cola drinker for years. It was my go-to, the default choice I never really thought about. But when the global boycotts became widespread in 2023, I finally did something I should have done long ago: I looked into the company behind the product. I wish I hadn't. Learning about their operations funding a genocide, their complicity in human rights abuses, and their presence in illegal settlements, as highlighted by the BDS movement, was a gut punch. Suddenly, every memory of drinking Coke felt tainted. You can't unlearn that kind of information. The taste is permanently bittered by the reality of where those profits go. And once I started digging, I realized this wasn't an isolated issue. This is a company with a long, well-documented history of predatory marketing, especially toward children and vulnerable communities, plus shady business dealings and union-busting around the world. They're also one of the planet's top plastic polluters, all while running feel-good greenwashing campaigns. I also tried to find any statement from them addressing these concerns, some accountability, some transparency. There's nothing but silence. As a former customer, that silence feels like confirmation. I stopped buying Coke when the boycotts started, and after seeing the full picture, I will never go back. I won't touch any of their subsidiaries either: Sprite, Fanta, Dasani, Powerade, Minute Maid, Simply, all of it. There are plenty of other drinks from companies with better ethics. zero customer service help.

Since January I have won 1 bauble from the Coke Christmas GB Promotion and recently a £25 Deliveroo voucher but unable to either claim the voucher by using the link provided nor receive updates on my Christmas prize. I have sent emails but received no answer and tried the live chat but received nothing from that either. Very poor customer service.

What’s important to know about Coca-Cola is that it’s very refreshing and tastes best ice cold, but it’s also high in sugar and contains caffeine, so it’s best enjoyed in moderation.

Love Coca cola. The taste is perfectly balanced- sweet, crisp, and super refreshing. It’s always satisfying, especially ice cold. The carbonation is just right and never feels flat. Whether with a meal, or on its own, it never disappoints. Definitely my go-to drink.

Large appletiser bottles

When attempting to open a large bottle of sppletizer the lid kept spinning around. I tried to detach the metal ring around the base of the lid but it wouldn't come off. I had to try and prise it off and of course in the process I cut my hand. I have contacted them about this and they still have not back to me. One person said they had but the email attachments they sent wouldn't open....

I wasn't happy with the (zero) taste of my (near the end of its BB date) Coke Zero Lemon, so put in a call (emailed CS actually) and was asked to send in a few cans (from a 24 can pack) for testing, and given a returns label. Cans returned, issue found, vouchers received (all within the space of 8 days) is what makes MY contact with Coca Cola CS 5* Credit where it's due, thanks to Sunil.

Coca cola is a evil satanic company. They have machines out where you can print messages that you customize on your own. So it was tried to put in alla loves you and that was totally cool with them. Buddha loves you, and that was totally cool to put in and we even typed in satan, and that was fine by them. But they wouldn't even let us write the word jesus. What does that tell U.

Why put so much sugar on these, is really make addictive not only adults, it's so dangerous for kids. My dad pass away, he was addictive to coca cola, spent a lot of hours working outside home, my best friend lost a kidney and still drinking coke... It's all a mess!

I bought simply apple cider juice and it says to see ingredients by using a QR code scanner app that's shady from the start and then I scan the bottle hint button for ingredients and it says n/a I don't trust this company because it seems like all they do is hide things from the consumer which is wrong when wanting to purchase this item. I refuse to buy from this company anymore in any of the may products they own

Ordered a pack of 24 x 330ml glass coca cola bottles for Christmas, in plenty of time with a delivery date well before 25th December. They didn’t arrive on expected date and the response from customer service was to wait 48 hours, after which they would respond. After many emails from me over the next few days, they eventually replied stating it was damaged in transit. If they had investigated when I first asked I could’ve ordered from a different company which would’ve delivered before Christmas. Appalling customer service. As you can see from the overall rating, not many people have had a good experience with this company. My advice - go elsewhere, they’re absolutely useless!
