So-so product, good customer service
The app and the service was not able to help me due to some additional 2-phase security put on the iCloud that I feel these people should have anticipated when they built the app for sale, and I did not see any warnings or disclaimers in the literature pages, but when I complained they were attentive and gave me a refund of half the purchase price immediately. I give their product 3 stars because it probably otherwise works and their customer service 5 stars because they did well. 4 stars total.
Terrible customer service. Really poor product.
Terrible customer service. Really poor product which doesn't work at all and customer service do not reply to any emails. There's no phone number to contact the company either.
