They arrived early but called to ok that. They reviewed what I wanted done. They worked fast and efficiently. They kept track of the time and told me when it was an hour. They had accomplished all I had listed and a bit more. They were friendly and polite. Payment was fair and easily submitted. Adam and Menedha did a great job!

From Bad to Horrible! Save yourself the headache
I genuinely cannot recommend College Hunks after my experience — both with the furniture assembly itself and, somehow even worse, the customer service afterward. I hired them to assemble bunk beds. After 3.5 HOURS, the beds still were not finished. I later discovered that parts of the beds were assembled backwards, which means I now cannot even properly stabilize the bunk beds without having their work corrected. Unfortunately, trying to get help afterward has been just as frustrating. After I initially reached out about the experience, I received an email telling me to call a generic customer service number. When I called, I had to explain the entire situation all over again from the beginning. After going through everything, the call was disconnected — and unbelievably, no one even bothered to call me back. So after paying a professional company to assemble furniture, I was left with bunk beds that took 3.5 hours to assemble, were not completed, were assembled incorrectly, and now cannot be properly stabilized. Then, when I tried to get the situation resolved, I was sent through generic customer service, had to repeat the entire story, was disconnected, and never received a return call. And for comparison, I have since hired another furniture assembly service. Two people spent over 7 hours at my home and assembled a bed, TWO dressers, a TV stand, AND a couch — all with incredible care and professionalism. They completed all of that, and I still paid $100 LESS than I paid College Hunks to spend 3.5 hours incorrectly assembling and not even finishing ONE set of bunk beds. That comparison alone says everything. I will NEVER recommend College Hunks to anyone after this experience. Mistakes happen, but how a company responds when something goes wrong matters. Between the poor workmanship, unfinished assembly, cost, and complete lack of follow-through from customer service, this experience was unacceptable.
This move was the easiest and least…
This move was the easiest and least stressful moving experience we’ve ever had!! We have made at least 10 moves and none have been this pleasant! The two movers were pleasant, competent, and truly remarkable at quickly and efficiently analyzing, wrapping, and loading the furniture and many boxes. When they arrived at the new location, they began unloading and moving the items up two flights of stairs. It was 94 degrees, super humid, and they unloaded the truck in less time than it took them to load. We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently they both worked. We cannot say enough good things about them both. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have had such a pleasant experience with these two amazing workers with this great moving outfit. Thank you to all of the staff who reached out to us before the move and to Scott Taylor, and Myrlanie Zeck for a quick, efficient, and super pleasant move!! Terrific performance and great experience……thank you!! 🤩👋🥳

Chris and Rick did a nice job with moving me to Aiken. I just wished the truck was large enough for a one time trip and we didn't have to make two trips. Just thankful it all went well.
