We did not have immediate access to the course we purchased and were given a 1 to 2 day turn around response time to fix. We needed to immediate to start training for a new hire and was hoping to work with this company for all our training needs. But not now.

No test after video to pass and get certfication.
After watching 12 minutes video five times there was not prompt to take test. How do I get the certification if I can't take the test and pass it? I wasted half of the day yesterday trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong. I tried to go to the website and pay for individual exam but they have only group packages offers from aroun $200 and above. Something is wrong.

Topic pace and good coverage overall on the materials. I have taken this type of class before, so this was a refresh. Enjoyed being able to do it online and self-paced.

Took longer than I thought. forgot that 1st I had to register student . Than I had to assign the course to the student.

I can't get any real help
I can't get any real help. they send emails but that doesn't solve the problem. I need someone to help me get one of my people into training program.

I am not happy about purchasing the…
I am not happy about purchasing the same training twice because the first expired without any notification to me as the administrator.
I'm not able to access the training. I don't even see the training available.

One of the most convenient online courses I've taken. The filler information was kept to a minimum. The course was short and concise and hit all the major talking points.

I was charged for two NFPA 70E courses…
I was charged for two NFPA 70E courses and requested to your customer service that it be corrected to one and to send me a new receipt with the corrected information. That has not happened.

My trainer and training was great
My trainer was great. He presented it and highlighted points to not only understand/navigate the system, but also how to make customizations to help personalization workflow.
