John Jones was an amazing instructor. I am 20 getting my LTC soon and he had instructed me on EVERYTHING. When I say this guy is good it is an understatement. John you’re doing amazing things keep it up! I will be recommending you to my friends/family.

I had a great experience, completing your course with instructor K.C Brown, his experience in firearms and the laws which it governed under was an eye opener with his knowledge and experience it made the course more enjoyable for the students.
NY State Concealed Carry class w/K.C Brown
Took the NY State concealed carry permit with K.C Brown 7/25-26/26. He was an incredible instructor. He was thorough in his teaching, making sure we understood all the topics covered and took the time to answer all questions. Highly recommend this course with him and Concealed Coalition to any and all who want a NY concealed carry permit.

Everyone should take the time to go to this meeting. Tim is fantastic, he kept us engaged for 3 hours .. that went by in a heart beat. I was almost sorry it was over. Being informed is very important … we hear a lot of storie from the media and people that pretend to know. Tim gave us clear explanation and proper information. I can’t repeat enough how important it is for your own safety and for the safety of everyone around You. Being informed also keeps you out of trouble . Thank You Tim

If I could give negative stars I …
If I could give negative stars I would. Signed up on line for the class as my son took the same one that was CCW for 3 hours. Due to law changes, it was now 8 hours at two different locations (20 minutes apart). I called back within 5 minutes to cancel and get my money back as I was not ready to invest that much time. They very smugly said, no refunds - it is posted on our website. I said it had only been 5 minutes and told them why. After arguing for 5 minutes, they asked if I would like a supervisor to review my request. I said yes. They said I would hear back in 48 hours. Within 3 hours I received the email stating it was reviewed and DENIED. I immediately called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I had the order and the cancellation within 5 minutes and they credited my money immediately. This company does not seem to care or know what customer service is. Stay away. Find someone else.
