my advice stay away from these bad actors! Run by Young V Kim attorney. I was called in to help a recent widow who fell behind in her payments due to the loss of her husband. These unscrupulous syndicate took several thousands of dollars from the widow and almost lost her her house. They claim to be licensed in New Jersey We asked to see their license but never received it. These operators have been reported to the Bar assoc. of Florida & New Jersey . We will update these findings. We read your reply. Our situation was caused by a consumer law attorney syndicate! They labeled their outfit by using a sort of generic name ? Maybe to hide behind this possible shield of plausible ? Denyabilty ? The head of the firm in Clearwater FLA is Young Vincent Kim esq If you guys operate with the same banner Then this report could be in error about you But! Applys to Kim and his group? We have the Florida Bar Looking into this Time will tell '

I strongly urge anyone considering this law firm to look elsewhere. They make grand promises to take your money, but they do not deliver on the most basic professional responsibilities. Financial Exploitation: We were quoted $16,000 for two cases. After paying the initial consultation and a $2,000 retainer for each case, the "beautiful words" and promises made by the attorney on the phone vanished. I spent hours gathering paperwork and emailing it to them, only to be harassed by automated texts and emails days later asking for the same documents. They never acknowledged receipt of my files. You cannot speak to your attorney or even a paralegal. Every time I called, I spoke to a different person and had to explain the entire situation from scratch. I was repeatedly told I would get a call back, but those calls never came. On the day of the immigration hearing, my nephew’s lawyers were not prepared. Most shockingly, the attorneys failed to submit on time the required paperwork to the judge and the immigration officer, The Immigration officer asked the attorney which email address that she used and kept given him the wrong email address he then had to stop the attorney by saying you're repeating yourself with the wrong email address when I just finished giving you my correct email, he was willing to take a look of the paperwork while the court was going on. They explicitly promised that if a deportation order was issued, they would appeal at no extra cost. This was a lie. As soon as the order was issued, they demanded more money to do the work they already promised to cover. This firm is unprofessional and useless. Do not waste your money or risk your family's future with them.

Don't trust these people. At least not Los Abogados del Pueblo with immigration. These people are scammers. I just received a notice saying that my wife's case was denied and the whole process it has been sketchy from beginning to end. Don't trust the reviews... Note that non of them are about actual cases being solve... "OHH Great customer service" that's their trick. Every time you call they talk sweet to you and then ask you to leave a review bout your conversation with the agent... and in reality the review goes as a general review.... These people are SCAMMERS
