Can not get a hold of anyone via email, phone. Nothing. All automated. I paid for service already and no response. Had I known I will be transferred from bot to bot with no help, then I would have gone elsewhere.

I needed a good standing and was told it would be send to me the same day before EOD. It didn't come then, and it didn't come the following day. I had to call again and ask to send it to me again.
Super easy. From initial enrollment, payment of the $50 fee to receipt of the CA Sec of State Certification, everything was simple and smooth flowing. I would use SunDoc Filing again if needed.
SunDoc is my go-to company for retrieving corporate docs. Their service is excellent and their prices are fair. I would recommend that you give them a try.

I'm terribly disappointed by the…
I'm terribly disappointed by the service. This is my second time using the service. My first experience was terrific which is why I came back. I needed a document apostilled for Mexico via Idaho which was very time sensitive. Last time everything worked like clock-work.
This time they forgot to mail it to Idaho. Thankfully my associate reached out to see why we weren't receiving the document. They should have paid to have it expedited because of their mistake. Instead, they made us pay the 40 dollars. New people in charge? Not sure. But if you have sensitive documents, why take a risk with these people who not only forget to mail your documents, but then insist that you pay? No thanks.
