My Ford Ranger was in need of a transmission

My Ford Ranger was in need of a transmission. After checking other places of business I decided on Cottmans. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. In the future if I need service for any of my vehicles I will return.

My car stop right as the wrench light…

My car stop right as the wrench light came on on the dash. Found out it was my harmonic balancer. My harmonic balancer was replaced and my vehicle ran as it was suppose to, but unfortunately, 7 days later my transmission went out.

I can't say enough good things about…

I can't say enough good things about Cottmans! They were very attentive to my concerns and kept in constant contact letting us know what was going on with my Jeep. Their cost was very reasonable and I wouldn't take my Jeep to anyone else after experiencing their customer service!

These guys are all down to earth and…

These guys are all down to earth and they will work with you on what you want to do. Their prices are fair and they did a good job for me. I was even permitted to obtain my own parts that I purchased online and they installed them. Of course, the work is without any guarantees. This does not bother me as I would be in the same place if I were do the work myself which I normally do when the weather is good enough. I will be coming back if necessary!

What a great experience

What a great experience. Clutch went out on my Honda Civic Si. They were able to find parts that save me hundreds of dollars. Had the work done in 3 days and the car is perfect. I will never bring my car back to the dealership. Awesome customer service.

Stellar customer service

I was totally amazed with the care I received from this group. I had a blown transmission and from the start when I dropped vehicle off to the finish they were kind, informative and patient. I have suggested them to MANY people and will never take my truck elsewhere for service. Greg was like walking in and an Angel being behind the counter but I called to check on my truck and a mechanic answered he was also kind and courteous!! I am totally grateful to Cottman.

I was looking for a good transmission shop. I searched the internet for local transmission shops and read the reviews. Cottman had great reviews and even one of my coworkers recommended them. I called and talked to Greg and set up the appointment. They diagnosed my transmission and gave me a quote the same day I dropped the car off. I looked at the going prices for the work needing to be done and they were well below other shops. Greg was very helpful and honest. I gave them the ok to make repairs and in just a few days I had my car back running like new. I wouldn’t hesitate to take another vehicle there. They are my go to transmission shop. Greg and every one I talked to there were great to deal with.
