I purchased a beautiful dress for my son’s wedding. It was delivered in a timely manner. I tried it on and the zipper separated from the teeth. I contacted customer service via phone, and they told me I had to email photos of the damaged dress. After they reviewed my photos, they told me to revisit their return policy. Because I did not contact them within 24 hours, I am out of luck. I contacted them 48 hours after delivery. No refund. No exchange. On a manufacturers defect. The tags are still on the dress. Just a 15% rebate on a $160 dress. Don’t buy from this place.

Overall, the dress is really nice. However, after I opened the package I noticed that the plastic the dress was wrapped in was dirty (not the outer packaging, the inner packaging). When I pulled the dress out from the inner packaging, I noticed there was some discoloration on the back of the dress that looks like it might be makeup or something. I have not tried the dress on yet but it looks like it will fit properly. I wanted to give the dress five stars but due to this dress being tried on and possibly used and retagged, I cannot. This dress should have been inspected before returning. I'm a little disappointed to say the least. Hopefully I can get the stain out.

I would highly recommend CoutureCandy if you are looking for a high quality dress for special occasions. After going to several bridal stores and being highly disappointed in their selections of what I could actually try on because everything else had to be ordered, which could take weeks or months, I got the dress of my dreams in 3 days! It was absolutely perfect. I will never waste my time again going to bridle stores. Returns are simple should you need to return, I didn’t, but at least it’s quick and easy if you do.
