Bad shipment
The orders were supposed to be sent individually to each person not a bulk order to one. The website was hard to understand and getting the order set up was a pain. No good explanation of how things are set up. Was not automated for the orders as well.

Hi George,
We're sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience with CreateMyTee. On every CreateMyTee order, there is a professional artist and expert project manager available to answer any questions and make sure everything goes smoothly. In reviewing your order, we see that your project manager reached out on three occasions to see if she could help, but we don't show a response to any of those messages. We're always want the opportunity to help!
Either way, we'll take your feedback and include it in our review processes to continue improving our service!
Team was very responsive, great with suggestions on design, and quick turnaround for all requests. Also kept us on schedule so we had our merch in on time.

Easy fundraising experience!
CreateMyTee made the fundraising experience very easy. Our project manager and graphic artist communicated with me throughout the process. The quality of the final products was outstanding. Ordering and delivery dates were clearly given and met. I'll definitely do business with CreateMyTee in the future and highly recommend them.
The company was very professional and easy to work with. Turn around time was fantastic and the design process was easy. Customer service was excellent, and response time was fantastic.
This is the second time we have used CreateMyTee to design our reunion shirts. We LOVE working with their professional staff and the quality of the shirts are fantastic. We look forward to continuing to work with them for other events in the future.
Sincerely, UNITY Reunion Committee

Create my tee has the best speedy-service, artist, and Katlyn makes it so easy for me when ordering. This is my third year buying for my 48-player basketball league in Chicago and I will always be coming back. Everyone in my league loves the quality. Tom Figel

Had nice design ideas for our event…
Had nice design ideas for our event shirt and made all the modifications that we asked for quickly and they asked me about changing one thing I missed. Pricing was reasonable, it was delivered on time (a little early) and the quality was very good.
