The process was simple and they also offer a service to design for you if you need assistance. The design ideas were very good. I appreciate the simplicity of the process and navigating the website.

I have used createmytee for multiple orders. Most recently, I have a short notice event and reached oout to them to see if they could fulfill my order with such short notice. The customer service I received was amazing. Katelyn followed up with me and checked in to make sure everything was going well with my order. She helped me with the document format that I needed to ensure my order was correct. Melania P from the design center was helpful and got the mockup down quickly. She was even able to go back and add an additional shirt style at the end for me. The split pack and drop ship feature is amazing!

I like that there's no extra charge per color and that I had a personable interaction with the representative to ensure that everything was processed correctly and on time.
