One of the worst experiences I've ever…
One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I got a defective phone ( I'm not mad at that because life happens)... They way this company has treated me in order to get a refund and replacement is horrible.... Truly awful. in order to get a 170 dollar refund i have to spend 260 dollars to return a deflective phone... they will not provide a pre paid shipping label so i am being asked to pay 250 dollars to ship back something that will only give me 170 dollars. If i can save anyone from dealing with their awful service I hope i can.
They make great phones
Honestly
Honestly, I am very happy, it has the best raffles in the world. I can't ask for more, just to be able to win one of the phones because I want to have one of those very powerful ones.
