Don't ever buy that brand. The battery doesn't last at all, takes long to recharge. The phone is slow altogether as well. If you use it it gets really warm,same when you charge it,which is not reassuring. Pictures quality is trash too. Never I'll buy a cubot again, I'd rather don't own a cellphone.
Loudspeaker is very poor quality, very quiet, its not posible to hear when using hands free call. Also loudspeaker noise is Very polluted crackling noise. Not possible to listen music. Camera pictures out of focus. Better pay more money for decent phone.

Bought a Cubot J3 - admittedly a cheap end of the market model. I put some music files (mp3) on internal storage. They worked fine. But I decided they were taking up too much space and I would move them to the SD card. I deleted the files from internal storage. It did not free up the space. Contacted Cubot support. After some detailed conversations and screenshots they said the only solution was a factory reset. This, to simply delete files. I shall be buying a more reputable phone. Their response, like their product, is near useless. The offer of support in the reply turned out to be worse than the first solution they proffered. Support is truly dreadful.

The new Cubot X20 Pro is garbage. It's full of bugs and can't take phone calls! Any phone calls go right to voice mail. It's gets terrible weak reception when you rarely and finally are able to get a call. It's also widely advertised to have 5.0Ghz wifi, which is a lie. I have contacted cubot directly and they are saying that all advertisements on the internet including their own website are typos. literally, WTH? Both CUBOT and Gearbet refuse to do anything about it. After a 3 weeks of fighting with them, Gearbest is offering me $35. Useless support.

Awful! You can't buy a phone direct, they take you to Gearbest which I think may be theirs! BAD! DISGRACEFUL! - they sell Cubot mobile phones saying they're in stock and when you should have received them they tell you WHEN YOU GET HOLD OF THEM that you have to wait as they've made an error, don't have the phone you want and offer you a refund or choose another phone...........what a waste of time. Also DON'T BUY CUBOT! Used to be OK but I've discovered they now sell them with IRREPLACEABLE batteries (disgusting when we're trying to save the Planet!) so you have to buy a new phone when there's nothing wrong with the old one EXCEPT the batteries gone down. My battery lasted a year to the day more or less so that's all I got out of my phone. You send them a message and they don't read it so you just get 'gobbledegook' messages back that have no correlation to your problem/complaint! They don't answer e-m's. If there's anything wrong with your phone YOU'VE GOT NO CHANCE OF GETTING IT FIXED UNDER GUARANTEE - guarantee to them is just a word!!!!!!!

Got a cubot power, the phone itself is really great, fast, smooth, great battery life and a fantastic camera. However, cubot has put the on and off button just above the centre of the phone. The most common place to hold the phone, I accidentally turn the phone off 5 times a day. A let down for such a great phone.
I have a Cubot max, my wife a Cubot Magic and 2 friends with King Kong. These phones are less than 12 month old. 2 have battery issues and the 2 King Kong won't work at all. They look very nice but my advice is do not buy. They are a rip off.

Poor after sales, I had to pay about £30 to send to Poland for a "repair" which was a waste of time. Things move around, the top 12mm of the screen is "dead" and needs to turn to 90° to get some functions. The speaker has virtually packed up. This is a Dinosaur, by name and functionality, it is Android 6 and can't be upgraded to 7. I bought one for my wife with Andriod 7 and its started to do strange things, I wouldn't buy one again, it should be replaced under warranty if a problem happens. It's cheap for a reason, you get what you pay for.
It is soo bad because I have been charging it for days and it still won't come on and there are no ways of contacting them Please tell me how to contact them or get it fixed
Very poor value for money. Reception is terrible, and mine is less than 12 months old and the battery is done. Also, when you switch it on, it takes longer than a valve television set before you can use it. Don't waste your money.
I bought a CUBOT NOTE S on Amazon UK. After 12 hours using it, the screen was wasted. I sent to the repair centre in POLAND and after 25 days they sent me another old and broken phone from another customer. So at the end I paid 69,99 quid plus 10 quid delivery to POLAND... plus 12 quid to repair the screen and I still have not receive my phone or at least a new one. AVOID this brand and save money and time.
I bought the phone last year and it was awesome but the problem is when I charge it doesn't get fully charged what could be the problem sometimes I shut it up to charge only to find out that its not fully charged
I've owned an x17 for 6 months it started to become dangerously hot...... Like burn your fingers hot when making a call or generally using it for more than 5 minutes. Firstly they said I've probably got too many apps installed, it was in default configuration no other apps due to it being a spare. When I pointed this out they then told me not to make such long phone calls.....I kid you not, I had to laugh because it's within 5 minutes that it becomes too hot to hold. That was the last I heard from them, no reply to anymore emails at all.
I write this review with a heavy heart. I wanted to love this phone, but it is not very good. the speaker is terrible, the headphone jack is awful, the crackle is irritating, I tried 3 brands of headphones, the sound quality is sub standard. Skype and Viber constantly on froze which is not ideal when your girlfriend is on the other side of the planet. I bought the phone in November, I sent it back Jan 12th, to Germany as this is the location of their repair centre. 26th January I receive a message to say they received it. I enquire of the progress 4th Feb, I receive a reply 16th Feb to ask if I can wait until 23rd Feb as the repair team off due to Chinese New Year. I enquire again about the progress of repair 2nd March, 5 weeks after they receiving word they had it in their possession. 3rd March I had a reply to say they can not locate the phone in the warehouse!! the day after they E-mail to say they have found it. 8th March they have repaired and send if off 29th March. Today is 27th April and I finally have it back. It was sent back in a plastic bag. I sent it back inside the box, with all accessories and wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure safe transit. The customer service is truly awful, terrible communication, take your money elsewhere.
