Last year I bought a cubot fitness…
Last year I bought a cubot fitness bracelet. Everything has been fine so far but i got a notification from google last week that the cubot app has been removed. Now what app can i use to connect to the bracelet. Completely useless. I can throw it in the trash.

Very poor customer service
I've purchased a P30, when delivered I've setup however I cannot access my network the device needs to be unlocked. I've emailed Cubot, messaged via messenger, I've contacted via Ali express, no staff is responding. If you have problem they will not help you. Absolutely discused the way I'm being treated. As a company they are very unprofessional. Do not use this company!!!

i bought cubot x20 pro, cannot used said i unlocked, but work , metr, mobile etc, BUT NOT WORK WITH AT@T, is my company try for call your guy the sevice loc, please im ddo know.hop answer i do not count
Cubots are unreliable.
I own a Cubot J3 and my wife has owned 2 more expensive models. We bought them because we were told they were good quality and the prices were good for the spec. However all of these phones have failed for different reasons after a very short period of use, 2 of them in less than a year. We were also advised not to try getting them repaired under warranty because they were all software problems. Really not happy.

PURE PIECE OF CRAP!!
PURE PIECE OF CRAP!!.. Speakers are so distorted it will destroy your hearing, calling echoes and the screen size is actually 5.8inches, such a misleading brand.. customer service won't even reply to my messages. TOTAL REGRET!! DO NOT BUY AT ANY PRICE!

Cubot P30
I owned an x17 for four years no issues . I purchased a P30 for my wife recently and we had to return it because of echo on the any callers phone using WeChat and WhatsApp when using the speaker. We got another one the very same issue. I will never buy a cubot again.
Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace. Ordered a cellphone from them, it arrived broken, they ignored all refund requests and simply continued dodging the question. Documented proof of chat logs, and that it arrived broken, all on vid. Absolutely pathetic . Low quality items. Low quality customer service.
