Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. All proposed design changes ( (including1 complete redesign) were accommodated in short period. All communication done via mail with superfast responses. Planning and realization with only small issues (lv delivered 3 days later). Thank you Cuisine Plus Clermont Ferrand for your customer friendly approach.

Happy customer.

The delivery and installation went extremely smoothly. Jeremie Lechelt is a very conscientious installer. I am most happy with my new kitchen and particularly glad I chose one with an island! The cuisine looks great in my new build home.

Lack of communication and organisation

It is well over a year since the kitchen was installed and the last little bits have never been done. I love the kitchen and really happy with the planning. I was promised to have my kitchen up and running before August 2021 but it was not started until way past that time. I was left with only a cold tap in the garden and only the outside bbq to cook on. I had requested that it be done (and it was agreed) before August as my grandson and 2 small children were coming to stay. Although I love the actual kitchen and it works well and efficiently I would never use Cuisine Plus again.
