I would not recommend ordering from…
I would not recommend ordering from this company, especially if you need your hair within a reasonable timeframe. This was my first time ordering from CurlyMe Hair, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I placed my order and went an entire week with no shipment, no tracking, and no clear communication. Every time I reached out, I received vague responses like “don’t worry” instead of actual updates. At one point, I was told my wig would be shipped the same day. The next message completely contradicted that, saying they couldn’t confirm a shipping time. I was then asked to switch to a different density wig and even pay extra, which felt unfair considering the delay was not my fault. After pushing for answers, they finally “shipped” the order, but the tracking provided showed no carrier information and no movement—just a label created. That does not give confidence that the item has actually been sent. What’s most concerning is that after doing more research, I noticed multiple reviews from other customers reporting similar issues—long delays, lack of transparency, and in some cases, never receiving their orders. I also noticed that negative reviews seem to be removed, which is a major red flag. As a customer, especially someone on a fixed income, I cannot afford to have my money tied up with no clear delivery timeline. When I spend money, I expect honest communication and reliable shipping. Overall, this experience has made me lose trust in this company. I would strongly recommend ordering from vendors that offer clear shipping timelines, accurate tracking, and better customer service.

I am extremely happy with this purchase!! I received my hair within a few days of ordering which was a lot quicker than I expected as it was shipped from the US here to the UK. The communication throughout was clear and concise. packaging was great, wig is constructed very well and the free goody bag was a wonderful touch which included a custom bonnet, hair clip, edge brush, wig caps and an instruction manual. the hair has no smell and actually smelled good out of the box!
My new first love
I’m a woman of a certain age who is not one who’s familiar with gluing your lace down and curlyme caters to my needs . this Glueless kinky curly wig. Is perfect for beginners and even experienced wig wearers . I love the quality the color and the fast shipping.

This is actually my 9th time getting hair from them, and the quality has been consistently amazing—soft, full, and natural-looking every single time. Their hairs are lightweight, easy to install, and blend perfectly without shedding or tangling. What I really appreciate is the reliability. No matter which texture or style I choose, it always arrives looking exactly like the photos. The durability is great too; the hair stays beautiful even after multiple uses and washes. I’ve gotten so many compliments, and people always assume it’s my natural hair. Definitely one of the best hair brands I’ve purchased from. Highly recommended!
