The best hair I ever had ….the curls I didn’t have to put in no product the curls were there for over a month. And baby no shedding at all. Most of companies the hair is shedding on my clothes but this hair is amazing .just received my 2nd order and I’m hooked.

I ordered a wig 24 inches 250% density for almost 300 euros. I received a 14 inches with 180% density ! I’m so disappointed. Don’t trust the wig influencers on TikTok and instagram.

I was very skeptical buying because I have never been fortunate buying wigs online,but the ads kept coming I decided to give it a shot,am truly first waoo was the package, it was speaking was pure luxury, the hair,so beautiful 😍 and soft,then 250 is actually 250g. Delay in delivery time for,but curlyme customer service response was so good and I got the hair right on time. When you ordere,the confirmation email says "what you see is what you get"they are true to their word. I would recommend buying. Thanks curlyme.

DO NOT BUY HERE I had this wig for 2 months and half of it allready broke of! Like every time i rake my fingers trought the hair clumbs en knots come out. Pleasee stop advertising this as human hair. IT'S NOT! In the beginning it looked so good, got a lot of compliments. But this is just a waste of money, all the influencers get the good wig and the costumors??......

I ordered a Burmese curly V part wig and I am truly enjoying my Wig. It is very minimal shedding and no tangling. Throw it on and go!

Terrible service terrible delivery. I never got my package. The package was left on the first floor in my building. I live on the fifth floor. Someone stole the package. And now they are giving me a hard time with a refund. I will be following up with my bank. I will never order from this company

I never got my package. Customer service and delivery is the worst. It takes very long before they reply to you via email. The delivery people that deliver for them will put your package on the ground in the lobby which is not safe if you live in a building with several people. My package was delivered on the first floor meanwhile I live on the fifth floor so my package was stolen as I checked for it. Just a headache. I will never order from this company again.
Scammers
Do not order from Curlyme they are scammers. They don't have wigs in stock, their hair is blended with synthetic fibers, it sheds and matts up really bad, and they do not reply to emails. There is no customer service, only bots. Your order will never ship and if it does you may end up with an empty box or somebody else's order. Lastly, they do not honor the worry-free insurance so don't bother paying for it if you do decide to try your luck, and they pay for good reviews. You were warned.
Empty Boxes Were Sent
I am writing to formally dispute my recent order and request an urgent investigation, as I have an event this month and placed this order early last month specifically to ensure timely delivery. Upon receiving my package, I noticed the total shipping weight listed on the pink mailing label was 12.384 oz. After carefully reviewing the expected weights of the items ordered, it is clear that this weight is inconsistent with a complete shipment: EXPECTED ITEM WEIGHTS: • Curlyme 360 Lace Wear & Go Wig – Pre-Bleached Yaki Straight Human Hair, Pre-Plucked Lace Front, 250% Density / 16" → 200–230g (approx. 10 oz) • Curlyme Summer Hairstyle Short Curly Pixie Wig – Human Hair Lace Wig, 13×4 (Hot) → 120g (approx. 4.23 oz) FREE GIFTS INCLUDED IN EACH BOX (×2 packages): • 2 wig caps • 2 elastic wig bands • 1 hair clip set (2 per pack) • 1 hair care tip booklet (in a thick envelope) • 1 edge brush • 1 large hair bonnet When you add the weight of both wigs (approximately 14.23 oz combined) plus the free gift accessories across two packages, the total weight should significantly exceed the 12.384 oz recorded on the shipping label. This strongly indicates that neither wig was included in the shipment. What I received were two black cardboard boxes containing only the complimentary gift items listed above — no wigs were inside either box. I have retained all packaging materials, including the pink mailing package with the shipping label, and have not discarded anything. These are available as evidence should your investigation team require them. Given the time-sensitive nature of this situation, I kindly request that your team expedite this investigation and arrange for the immediate shipment of both wigs, or issue a full refund if fulfillment is not possible within a suitable timeframe. Please confirm receipt of this message and provide a case or ticket number for tracking purposes. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

The quality of the hair is great for the price it's being sold at. I am really impressed with this Burmese curly wig! The curls are soft, full, and beautifully defined with a natural-looking texture. The hair is true to length, has minimal shedding, and doesn't tangle easily, even after wearing it for long periods.
