The quality of goods surprised me. Are they the cheapest hair brand? No. The most expensive? also no, but the two units I have are well constructed. What I can speak favourably of was timeliness in delivery [5 days], communication [tracked easily from start to finish] from the time I finalized the purchase AND a "realistic wig- look" lol those who wear them, get it. The 9x6 HD Lace was impeccable again with this second purchase. The prices seem to be increasing but I hope they remain affordable with reasonable and accessible discounts.

I ordered blonde featherweight crochet hair. It arrived 1 month later. The blonde hair was held together with black thread and after the hair was crocheted into my hair the black thread could be seen throughout. I can't understand why the thread wasn't the same color as the hair. The thread was also too long. I hate the hair! I waited so long for some trash! I will never purchase hair from them again.
