I've used Custom Patch Hats for my employer probably half a dozen times now. Our team, and our customers love the hats. Working with the CPH team has always been easy, pricing is fair, and we always get a great customer experience. We'll continue to come back here for our needs!

I work with a lot of vendors and Custom Patch Hat is by for the most efficient and flexible one. They were able to add more items on last minute without any hassle on short notice and were very professional. I will continue to use them in the future.

You guys do a great job! I think you are responsive, professional and personal. All great things to be! I had never ordered the Pacific Headwear P424. I expected less. I love this hat!

We always have a great experience with Custom Patch Hats! We've ordered multiple times and tried a few different hat and patch styles, every single time they are high quality and every team member is so helpful from start to finish. The patches are beautiful, crisp, and vibrant, and the hat styles to choose from are diverse and high quality. We'll be using CPH for a long time!

Hat looks exactly as advertised! I ordered one hat and it came quick and looks perfect.
We're happy to hear your Patch Hat turned out exactly how you imagined! Thank you!
Very satisfied with my order! The designers are friendly and quick to get back to me regarding any questions or concerns I may have. I would definitely use CPH in the future and recommend them to others. The only thing I think could be improved upon is that it felt very strange to be communicating everything through email. I wish there were accounts with CPH that had chat data as well as recent orders all together on the website for easy access and that extra bit of professionalism/cohesion. If I could give a 4.5 I would. Altogether very satisfied!
Thank you so much! We’re thrilled to hear you love your Custom Patch Hats! We also appreciate your feedback about email communication. We’ve recently upgraded to a new project management system that allows clients to create their own accounts to track and access orders more easily. We’d be happy to walk you through it next time!
I enjoyed working with Hope. I had some modifications to her original design that she was happy to do. In the end, her original design was my favorite!
