I wanted a hat that was adjustable and that has a snap back - i made it very clear in the numerous emails. But in the end i did not get this. waste of money - don't fit the purpose.

Thank you for your feedback. It appears that your designer reviewed a variety of fitted Flexfit and snapback hats with you and provided detailed information on each option for your consideration. Based on your selection, you chose a fitted Flexfit hat, which includes features like wind and water resistance, stretch-fit technology, and breathable air-mesh on the back. We're sorry to hear that the hats haven't quite met your expectations for your intended purpose.
Great quality as always!
