Customer service wasn’t helpful
There was a typo in my shipping address that I noticed immediately after placing the order. After contacting the company, they said there was nothing they could do until it gets delivered to the wrong address and makes it back to their warehouse.

Easy to order.
Easy to order. Fast delivery. Had the blush colors that I was looking for. Confirmed my order #, but oddly, the next day upon "details/"show images": My total was higher in subtotal, tax, and total only by a couple of bucks but it left me wondering why.
Cancelling order
I wanted to cancel my order and called shortly after placed and they said I couldn't.

I had the chance to use a discounted code and when I paid with Paypal it did not allow me to use the discount.

I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed. This is the first time I’ve tried to make a purchase from your company, and I don’t know what happened to the shipping address, but when I received the order confirmation, I noticed that it was incomplete. As soon as I realized it, I immediately contacted customer service to have the address corrected, but they refused. They also refused to cancel the order. If you ship this product, it will never reach me because of the reasons I’ve already explained. As a result, I had no choice but to file a claim with my credit card company. To make matters worse, my card was charged twice. I am not willing to pay for a product that I will never receive.
