My friend orders and she’s in California Southern California the same as I am she has no problem getting what she wants. I spent an hour online trying to figure out exactly what I was going to buy finally bought it and then sometime later the next day or whatever sorry we can’t ship to you. We live a half an hour apart from each other and they can’t ship to me, but they can ship to her I wasted all my time it was ridiculous.
I would like to see an order review sheet before the transactions n closes
I don't like how they don’t accept returns from product I’m not satisfied with. Other companies honor this.

I shop on Dermato a lot. I love the prestige brands without the hassle of certain other department stores owned by Louis Vuitton. There’s so many different brands from anywhere like a spa to a brand you find at Ulta. It’s quick shipping and the coupons that are available with sometimes helps a lot.

I placed an order. The order was canceled because they said I had a bad address. I do not have a bad address. We do not have mail delivery where I live, so my address will never be confirmed. No call, no email, no question—just canceled.
