I gave them 1 star just because l can't give zero. I bought somethind supposed to be a hand carved wall hanging heart and after 1 month of waiting ( obviously was coming from the country of fakes)..l've received a bit of timber printed with that heart. The real value of that is less than £1 on Alibaba...l've paid almost £30. That u.k at the end of their name it has only one purpose..to make you believe they are legit. To send it back would cost a lot so...well done scammers.🤷♂️

Doh! I always check out websites before I order and didn't on this occasion :( The +44 gives it away as its meant to be a UK site plus the capitalisation/typos throughout... Also why would shipping take 7-12 business days if company based in Essex..... just warning others as I'm pretty sure I wont receive my order.......

Please be careful ordering from this website. No customer service or replies to send the order back. I have spent £44 on Christmas presents in which the only good place for them is the bin. I’m actually embarrassed I’ve fallen victim. Just don’t buy anything is my good advice to you.

Orders two artisanal mugs with wooden handles. Says large will be ideal for all drinks. 17oz capacity. Turn up which actually sounds like a bonus compared to others and they are tiny tiny espresso cups. Complete lie on their advert and pics. Feel very ripped off.

I wished I'd read reviews before ordering! Have been waiting nearly 3 weeks now for my delivery - still waiting. Completely unsure if my items are going to ever arrive, but they're needed in the next week. So will now have to shop elsewhere. Really annoyed!

Furious with myself for not doing due diligence . Money paid up front and absolutely nothing since. My item never arrived and zero response from various contacts via email. Do not use.
No replies from emails, took ages to arrive.
Item still hasn’t arrived after over 3 weeks. No replies from 2 emails, finally came to check the reviews to realise I’ve probably been scammed. Thank god it was only £15. Don’t use this site is my advice. It showed up on a Google search so really should be removed. Edit: ítem arrived the day after writing this and it was just as advertised (woolly hat) so I upped the score to 3, still didn’t get any responses or tracking info and for £5 delivery charge it took over 3 weeks.
Light Relief
PHEW! Well what can I say, from all the negative reviews I think we have got off lightly. We ordered two personalised Ballet Shoes. We waited weeks thinking all the time we had been scammed out of £27. I did use PayPal so maybe I thought eventually I would be re-imbursed if nothing arrived. Anyway today the items arrived & they are fine, unfortunately they are not personalised as we requested (xmas presents), therefore the advert should not state personalised. Its very unlikely I would order anything from this company again. I am still waiting for an email response, maybe pigs will fly!

Item ordered and paid for 11 November 2023 delivered 23 November. Took a long while but I followed its progress on its tracker all the way through. Happy. 4 stars for delay and I did not know I was buying from China.
So far so good, not a scam
I bought my item really quickly, and when I looked later at the truspilot reviews panicked, and tried to cancel the order. Turns out they ignored me, and the item has arrived right on time, even though the tracking was all giving the signs of a scam. Its exactly the item in the pictures, and as a little foldable trolley, it's so far, touch wood, pretty good. Got a tonne of books on it, smashed it around at the airport and so far it's still going. Can't recommend Dimoo enough!

I ordered boots and they are too small so I asked for a refund and want to send them back but no answer yet I received an answer eventually rather than send them back for which I would have to pay postage I have agreed to take 50% refund and keep them so delighted with that from now on I shall only deal with amazon as this is not the first experience with these sort of companies

Impressed with my order
I ordered some sets of underwear at a cost of about £50 2 weeks ago. I have to say that after I ordered I saw the Trust Pilot reviews and was panicking a bit. About 5 days after the order I received a tracking number for a French Company, and predictably this didn't work. Probably because the items are internationally shipped. However, the items have arrived this morning and are perfectly as expected. They feel decent quality and look well made. My only criticism is that the company website is listed as co.uk, but in fact they are based abroad- I personally was expecting a quicker delivery as I thought my order was coming from the UK. I would use this company again, I am happy with what I have received. Order number DIMU 40809 placed 15/03/2023 and received 27/03/2023
