Don't buy, it's not great and they don't reply to emails.
Ordered the foundation due to a friend recommending but it is more like a tinted moisturiser than a foundation, you can't really tell much of a difference. Have emailed a few times but not received any response - there is supposed to be a 30 day money back guarantee, still waiting for a reply.

I had a bad experience with my order, I ordered 1 tube get 2 free plus blending brush. This was my first time ordering. When I received my order I only received 1 tube and nothing else. I contacted them and did exactly what they said take a picture and send it to them. I received an apology from them and they said they would send me the blending brush and 1 more tube. I appreciated them doing this but I should have received 2 extra tubes, because that was the promotion I ordered from.

This is a follow up review after my one last week. After several emails back and forth between us they agreed to give me a full refund. It took a bit of my time but if you didn't like the product, please reach out to them and keep on top of them. Hopefully they change their marketing and advertising policies.

This company has not inspired me with confidence; took so long to come, I actually thought I'd been forgotten. Also, ordered a medium which it says on the box but received light to medium which it says on the tube. This is a common occurrence looking at other reviews since. My order also claimed i would be sent 1 free to include a make up brush. Neither arrived.

Placed an order May 26, 2026, that order still shows as preparing for shipment. 4 unanswered emails requesting review of my order have failed as have emails demanding refund. Don’t bother attempting to order, you won’t get anywhere.

I rated the company and terrible delivery 1 star due to the hassle of having to chase up to find out where my product was and if it had even been dispatched yet. The product over all- I actually found really nice to use, great for my skin and a nice coverage over all- I have purchased again- so I hope there are no issues with this purchase. WAS VERY disappointment that the Korean under-eye serum was not able to be delivered to NZ- I was very keen to try that. If there are no issues with this order, I will rate them even higher stars.

This company uses shady and illegitamate advertising techniques. The offer for the buy one/get one is presented along with the 100% refund promise. If you buy the 2 for 1 deal, the fine print negates the refund. The product itself is slime-putty garbage. There is a waxy element which reminds me of the way preschool art supplies feel. This substance layers itself like a toxic chemical. The product itself is just as bad as Luxe's manipulating selling tactics. #beyondnasty #luxeiscrap

Been reading all the negative reviews but my experience was great have ordered 3 lots of foundation which I love. Also ordered the lash serum which is working a treat so far

LUXE FOUNDATION is a scam they suck you in with a buy1 get 2 free offer and then only get 2! ..and 1of which was dried out unuseable.
Product doesn't change colour and gives no cover.They are in a tube 30mls!!emailed them x4 with my concerns but no response of course. DO NOT get sucked in!!
Poor customer service or shall I say none...save your money buy foundation that really works.

I saved (screenshot) about the 30 day money back guarantee. I called the day after I received it to let them know I wanted to return. They told me I had to send an email and answer a few questions. I did that and 48 hours later I received an email that they would not refund my money. I had to call my credit card company to have the charge removed. The credit card company told me they have had lots of calls and complaints about Luxe. Please do not purchase anything from this scandalous company!!!!!! Shame on anyone who works here.

Save your money and your sanity and stay away from this company. The "color technology" doesnt actually work. Color looks real orange. Wouldn't let me return because I purchased a bundle. Apparently if you use a deal to purchase any of their products that automatically disqualifies you for a refund. Its a scam.

Just got it. I tried one coat then another and then the third. Took very small amounts each time on my forhead cheekbones and chin and bryshed it over my face with the brush provided. Was not happy with the first time then went in for the second and after the third it was a miracle. My lines seem to have dissapeared got a very smooth finish not oily and greasy it coverwdmy freckles and dark circles. I was thrilled to bits mine was Medium BL41. It took about 2 -3applications to cover up to my desired results. I love it. Highly recommend it for people over 50. Thank you Luxe. You just hooked me on to your miracle foundation.

The foundation definitely isn’t great. It’s nice when it first goes on but about half an hour later it gets dry and cakey. My face looked like a cracked doll mask. And don’t even bother if you want the free gift. I didn’t get mine and when I emailed them about these issues all I got was a sorry about your experience.

Scam! The foundation didn't work for me at all. Had to send four or five emails where they strung me along then denied my refund request since it was part of a highly promoted bogo offer. Very deceptive and disgusting. Shame on whoever runs this sham of a company in Wyoming. I will be writing my credit card company, the BBB and posting negative reviews on social media. Shame on them!

Deceiving money back guarantee for mediocre product
I have been looking for a new foundation makeup and decided to try the Luxe foundation. The company advertised that they had a 30-day, money back guarantee if not perfect match so I figured I had nothing to lose. I have learned that their 30-day guarantee is a fraudulent, false advertising and a deceiving claim. I bought product on a buy-one-get one promotion. I purchased two different shades to see which one was a better match. When one shade was too light, I contacted Luxe requesting an exchange for correct shade. I will say that their response was timely. I was first told to send them a photo of product then try some different methods when applying and if that didn't work, to contact them. I tried their suggestions; however, I did not see any improvements so I informed customer service. The response I received was that their product features adaptive technology therefore, "Because this process is irreversible, the product cannot return to its original state; therefore, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene and quality control reasons." And since I bought on BOGO promotion, I was unable to get refund (which I only requested exchange for corrected shade). The foundation is mediocre. It comes in a small tube and you must use a lot to get any decent coverage. One tube lasted me two weeks (and their foundation is pricey even with BOGO promo). Buyers beware. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
