The only thing this foundation changed was my bank account!
The product did NOT change color. I washed it off immediately and asked for a refund. After going back and forth with customer service, the emailed today saying since I got the package with a free tube, brush and sponge I am not eligible for a refund. What a waste of time and money. What a scam!! Very disappointed 😞

The customer service was great in answering my questions. However, the product didn’t match my skin, was very thin, didn’t cover my sun damage. I received a refund.

Genuinely positive experience and superb customer service
The product arrived quickly but unfortunately it did not suit me and I wanted a ‘barely-there’ coverage and this was a little heavier. I contacted the company to ask to return the product under the 30 day policy, and was not expecting a positive response. I couldn’t have been more wrong - they replied within 24 hours with a very polite email. I was unable to utilise the 30 day return in on a multi/buy (this is stated in the policy) which I’d forgotten, but they offered me a large discount instead and allowed me to keep the product too. Their emails were individual and personal and not a generic reply and they were very polite and warm. I will continue to shop from the company’s other products as they thoroughly deserve it - I’m genuinely very pleased with my experience even though the product was not 100% what I was looking for in the end . Can’t honestly fault the customer service

I have not received my product yet after over 2 weeks. My concern is that I ordered a special buy 1 get 2 free. But, my order confirmation from Luxe says buy 1 get 1 free. So, I will see what I recieve.

I was a little skeptical about buying Instagram makeup at first, but I figured with the discount it was worth a shot. I get compliments every day now about how refreshed and glowy my skin looks! That has never happened to me before. I got the foundation in light and it really does blend completely naturally. It's buildable and works really well with a light bronzer. Try it. Seriously.

Dreadful. Drying on skin. Looked like a pale mask. Refund not possible - totally misleading advertising. You won’t get a refund no matter what they say online. Crap product, waste of money. Another social media pushed item. Stick with what you know and trust. This isn’t it.

I am glad I took a chance and didn't listen to the bad reviews. Yes it takes a while to come, and I was skeptical, but i am very impressed.
I'm 42, have lines around my eyes, mouth and forehead. I have quite large pores which u feel always show up. I always used to use MAC studio fix fluid in my younger days and have tried everything since. Even smooche, Estee lauder, maybeline, bb creams, cc creams, laura geller etc etc. This, this smooths on, no visible lines of where I have put it and where I haven't, matches my skin somehow, doesn't look cakey or orange, doesn't dry patchy. I am really really impressed! I've ordered 2 more.

Took a week exactly to get to me I got the buy 1 get 1 and a brush free. All 3 things came to me. And I am in love with this foundation!!! It goes on smooth and does actually adapt to my skin tone!! I was blown away. And also my skin tone does not turn orange through the day. It stays the same color all day. I will for sure be purchasing more when this is gone!!!

Do not order from this company, for they will take your money and then ghost you if there is a problem! I received my order July 10, 2026 and emailed them on August 2, 2026 about exchanging an unopened box of foundation for a different shade. I emailed them again to check in on August 11, 2026 and received a response basically telling me not to send more than one email because it screws up their que! But never addressed my initial exchange request! CRICKETS as of today August 26, 2026!!! What a scam this company is.

I purchased 2 different colors because I wasn’t sure on color. I emailed a week ago that I want to exchange an unopened box of foundation for the medium color, and included a picture of the unbroken seal on the box. I have yet to get a response with directions on how to do so. I also purchased a second brush for my daughter, which is unopened, but used my brush that I purchased for myself , and it leaves bristles all over your face. I included that in my email as well. I did try to call the phone number listed, but only got a busy signal! I am a bit concerned about their lack of customer service.
My skin is 80 yrs old & dabbled with age spots.
I wear this foundation with blush. That’s all I need!

Extremely frustrated with the run-around from this company. I ordered the "Light" shade foundation because I am very pale. Instead, they shipped "Light Medium"—a shade they do not even list on their websites. It makes my skin turn completely orange and is unusable. I have sent proof of my original orders multiple times, but customer service keeps bouncing me around, and then nothing from them once I sent them proof. No one will take ownership of this mistake. I am out $95.64 for a product I cannot use because of their shipping error. Zero accountability.

I use the luxe colour changing foundation and I have to say it is the easiest and most flattering make up to wear. It added a nice glowy colour to my face and didn’t look cakey, I absolutely recommend this and I’m now going to give some of Thor other products a try. I also recently had a mix up with my order and their customer service was exceptional, I got a reply to my e mail within 30 mins and in under an hour my problem was resolved, very happy x
