Exchange issue
Do not order from this company, for they will take your money and then ghost you if there is a problem! I received my order July 10, 2026 and emailed them on August 2, 2026 about exchanging an unopened box of foundation for a different shade. I emailed them again to check in on August 11, 2026 and received a response basically telling me not to send more than one email because it screws up their que! But never addressed my initial exchange request! CRICKETS as of today August 26, 2026!!! What a scam this company is.
