Extremely frustrated with the run-around from this company. I ordered the "Light" shade foundation because I am very pale. Instead, they shipped "Light Medium"—a shade they do not even list on their websites. It makes my skin turn completely orange and is unusable. I have sent proof of my original orders multiple times, but customer service keeps bouncing me around, and then nothing from them once I sent them proof. No one will take ownership of this mistake. I am out $95.64 for a product I cannot use because of their shipping error. Zero accountability.
