Buy one, get one free Promotion. I've been a regular customer for years. I ordered through the "Buy one, get one free" promotion, and only received one. I sent 2 emails to the support email, but with no reply, even after waiting 3 weeks. I ended up having to get a refund from PayPal. What is happening to this company?!
Had the best experience with the lash lift kit. Was very hesitant at first thinking it would be difficult but with the video tutorial step by step it was so easy! My lashes look lovely. As a girl who is anxious and finds salon appointments quite daunting, this has really made my day

I loved this product the first time I used it. Im just glad I've still got some of the original glue, as I don't find the new glue to really work. The pads are difficult to get right, so they need trimming down and i always have to use the glue to stick them on properly. Saying that, I love how my lashes look after using the kit and find the kits rather straight forward once I had done it the first time.

Luxe cosmetics has a beautiful website that’s laid out and easy to navigate. They have thousands of five star reviews and offer wonderful products. I love the lash serum and color changing foundation. Looking forward to trying the under eye balm.

So easy to find what I want and buy. It also ships very quickly. I like the product and it does work really well and it lasts. As a beginner, it takes patience, but this is a product that will curl and tint your lashes as it says it will. It is also a safe product for my sensitive eye area.
I said I would do another review once I had tried Luxe foundation, well it is absolutely brilliant it looks like i have perfect skin, I have also just received another order so I don’t run out. Thank you so much for your help and support.

I bought the color changing foundation along with the primer. I am 59 years old and over all I have pretty good skin. This foundation did not evenly cover my skin tone. I think it's a lousy product for the money. Using the primer does not improve the foundation at all! Prime Prometics blows this product away. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. A total waste of $76

I placed my order July 19th, there was no update on it from the 23-27th. I sent an email asking if there was any update and I got no response back but the following day an update appeared. On July 31st it says it was at my post office. When I use my order number, it says it was out for delivery on August 1st it, when I use my tracking number is says out for delivery August 2nd. It's now August 3rd 9:00pm with no delivery, no update and no response from the Luxe team. Terrible customer service, starting to feel like I got scammed. I recommended this product when I first ordered it a year or 2 back but now it's a complete joke. Update: They responded to my review and not my email containing the information they were asking for. Sent a response and surprise surprise, nothing yet again. Seeking to take this further

This is a bogus company. I emailed them 3 times to return a unopened package and have yet to hear back from them. There written policy says someone will respond within 48hrs. Guess not! BUYER BEWARE! 0 stars Order #LCU1169188

Items were well packaged for shipping. The foundation itself is quite nice. I love how it doesn't settle into my pores and fine lines. I have a fairly new bottle of a major "designer" brand of foundation and, even with using the primer, it doesn't perform as well. I still haven't layered this product for a more formal and matte look, but will do so when I am vacation. If it works as I hope, I will be looking for someone to take my old $100+ primer and foundation!

This is really good,I am an older woman and I found this Luxe mascara is amazing and does not smudge,I also use Luxe foundation it is white but it colours to ur tones andbits a perfect match everytime

I’ve not received my order but I only ordered it yesterday so I’m not sure how I can leave a review but I hate these emails that arrive 10 seconds after you’ve ordered from the website . I don’t know how good your stuff is I haven’t tried it yet. I’ll be unsubscribing from future emails . You’re just on a list that the computer sends out they’re really not that interested in how you are.
