Updated product is unusable, CS non responsive

I have been using the lash lift and tint kit for more than a year now. The product was excellent, however they recently changed the lash pad and it is now unusable. The glue formula changed also and does not hold lashes in place very well. Customer service will not respond after 3 separate email requests, very disappointed in CS and update to products. Will have to look for a new brand now, considering CS won’t even get back to me.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Eye balm stick that comes in a light blue box.. it has rejuvenated my under eyes. I don’t have the dark shadow under eye anymore!!

Luxe have great products. I use their Lashlift every 8 weeks, and now their lash tint too! All the products are very easy to use, and they have great offers on so they are far cheaper than alternatives. Ordering is easy, and they are delivered quickly. I highly recommend Luxe products!

Best foundation I have used!!! I love how it matches my skin color perfectly and wears well all day!! Im in my 50s and this foundation does not get into fine lines or wrinkles and lasts through a 12 hour shift!! I will continue to be a customer!!

Tracking doesn't match truth

I placed my order (7/10) & waited for my delivery. When the tracking system finally updated, it said "delivery at/in your mailbox". That was on 7/25/26. I reached out to Luxe Cosmetics asking for proof of delivery. Received an auto-message thanking me for reaching out but still have had no response from a human telling me where this delivery was made. And still no Luxe Cosmetic to actually review. Won't honor 30 day money back guarantee

I bought two tubes of color matching foundation....they don't match, its much to dark. I ordered primer and a application brush. I just want to return my items for the 30 day moneyback guarantee. I have reached out to them 3 seperate times now, with a screen shot of my order confirmation and my bank statement. Everytime, they send me to another department. Then they claim that this order doesn't exist and insist I bought it off a look alike site. No I didn't, it was your site and you guys don't want to honor the 30day money-back guarantee. Horrible company, worse customer service, awful product!

Luxe lash lift is the real deal

Luxe lash lift is the real deal. I was tired of paying $$$ for a salon lash lift and now I’m a repeat Luxe customer. The product was delivered in a timely manner and they kept me up-to-date on shipping and delivery times. The product itself is easy to use and I like the results much better since I have more control over the way I like my lashes and the end result.

I love the product

I love the product. Makes me feel like I have no make up on. Make up usually makes me feel like my face is dirty. This doesn't make it feel that way.

I've been using the lash lift kit…

I've been using the lash lift kit (bogof) for ages and I've only just purchased another kit! It last for so long! I'm so impressed with everything about this kit. The ease to do it myself at home, the quality of the products, I don't feel like I'm covering my eyelashes with nasty chemicals. Honestly my eyelashes have never looked so good!

The product worked great however I would have prefer if the eye pads stuck down better. It made the process a lot longer & more difficult but I did manage got good results eventually. Also you get two for the price of one which is a huge bonus! Thanks

I loved the ease of use with the color changing foundation. It goes on like a rich cream and as you work it around you face, the white cream changes to a skin matching foundation. Magic. It is a light, natural coverage and my blush and eye shadows go nicely over it.
