Great product, fabulous customer service, fulfillment/shipping center needs some work.
I have made 2 orders. The first one took a long time to arrive. The second order was a hot mess. Fist it never shipped. After a month of waiting, I contacted customer service who is great by the way. They looked into it and had it shipped within days. Unfortunately when it arrived it was only half of the order. After contacting customer service they once again rode in to save the day. They had the rest of my order shipped out again within days. I feel a bit bad for customer service. The fulfillment department needs some work so the customer service department can get a break.... The products are fantastic! Worth the wait and hassle this the 4 stars. The foundation doesn't have the best coverage but looks fabulous and natural (I recommend a good cover up before if you need coverage) it keeps my face looking moist and consistent. No caking or cracking. The under eye stick is equally as amazing noticed a difference only 3 days. Love the product, love customer service order fulfillment needs work.

The pads that come with the lash lift kit are awful, I wasted an application because they only stay stuck for a few minutes despite preparing my lids correctly..... Communication has also been terrible when making a complaint.

I tried the lash lift kit and it reacted terribly with my eyelid. It got swollen and stung. Plus it was really hard to stick the lashes to the silicone pad.

ORDER NUMBER WAS LF6 44731 Do not buy this product. It made me look gray and the color match is crap. I had my daughter try it and she turned beet red! They won't give you your money back if you buy that gimmick bundle they advertise. Biggest waste of money ever!

Don’t believe the money back guarantee. Use sharp practice. When you checkout your foundation they offer you another tube free of charge. When you ask for your money back they say you bought a bundle and that doesn’t have a money back guarantee. Very dishonest company. Stay well clear. They keep asking for more information about this review, I’ve wasted enough time so just go away

I ordered the undereye balm and it came damaged. I contacted Luxe and heard back super fast from their customer service department with a personal message, not just a canned all the same message. I had sent photos of the damaged package and product so they could see how bad it was. They sent me a whole new order that I received a couple of days ago. I appreciate the customer service, and will continue to order from this company! KC

They advertised the Luxe Lashlift kit with the Brow Laminating kit (a combo). I selected the "combo set" showing both kits and then selected a family supply of 15 applications.
When I received my package, I was only given 3 Luxe Lashlift sets containing 3 applications each and ontop of that, expected to use it for my eye brows aswell.
I left this same review on their site, and it does not show.
False advertising and didn't receive even 15 applications of the Lashlift set 🤷♀️

Nice package bad quality
I used to buy the lash lift kit, and it actually worked. But they must have changed the formula because this latest experience was absolutely dreadful.
While the new packaging looks nice, the quality is now awful:
Pads won't stick: The silicone shields refused to adhere to my eyelids and kept lifting.
Useless glue: My eyelashes wouldn't stick to the pads at all, even when I piled on extra glue.
They clearly spent their budget on pretty packaging instead of a working product. I will never buy this again and do not recommend it.
Update:27.07.26 customer service was very good they reached out to check if they could offer an alternative product or refund.
