hi it’s my second time ordering from you guys , my package was incomplete and unfortunately there is no means to contact you guys , i tried emailing you , messaging nobody responded , i ordered3 lashlift plus tint , didn’t receive any tint. your customer service is not so good

Just received my 2nd box, and it has been life changing! As a busy mum of two young kids, I used to hate going out without make up, but never seemed to be able to prioritise myself. Now, with the lash lift kit, i can leave the house knowing it looks like I’ve done my eyes! Love catching a glimpse of my reflection and thinking how long curly and dark my eyelashes are. It makes such a difference

If I could give them zero I would. 9 weeks to get eye balm, product does not live up to the claims. Requested money back guarantee with no response. Poor communication I wouldn't bother with this company or its products.

Deceptive advertising ruined it for me

I saw this advertised and wanted to try it especially when they had the 2 for 1 offer. I saw it advertised so many times as "last days" which is fine but wasn't the case because a month later it is still selling as 2 for 1. I was only able to buy 2 in the one colour though this option has now changed to letting you choose 2 colours. The ad said 100% money back guarantee so I felt it was a safe purchase. The product was nice but the medium colour was orange on me and too dark. They gave me some tips which I tried but the colour was the same. They do NOT live up to their claims of a money back guarantee or the offer to send the product back no questions asked. Buried in their T&C's is the fact it doesnt apply to multi pack orders. But I couldn't buy it any other way other than 2 packs. It clearly says twice in their ad and on the checkout screen that about the 100% money back guarantee. They offered me 30% back which I had to reluctantly accept as it was better than nothing. I liked the product but it was the wrong colour for me. I will buy another one to try the correct colour but it leaves me disappointed when companies selling high volumes make false claims in their advertising and we as the consumer can't do anything about it.

Product not received nor replaced

I would like my review to say how wonderful this company is but I would be lying. I received a email stating my order was delivered. However it was not. I contacted the company and was sent a message stating I would hear back in 24-48 hrs. Didn't happen. I reached out again and was sent an email that stated I should not send another email or my message would be put at the bottom of the list. There is no phone number to call and it's now been over a month. I really wanted to try the color changing foundation. Maybe a new delivery service and a customer service number.

Amazing foundation and even better customer

When i ordered my foundation it was the buy one get one free plus a free brush deal. When my package arrived it was torn and damaged and the brush was missing. I know this is not the fault of luxe but when I told them that my brush must have fallen out they immediately sent a new one. The foundation is magic on my face. I was introduced to it by a friend and it is my new favorite. It makes my skin look amazing and yet natural. Definitely will be buying again and again.

Glue doesn’t work, no refunds

Bought this kit really hopeful, however the lash glue didn’t make my lashes stick, rendering it useless. When I emailed for a refund on 15th June, I only ever got automated responses and have had no response even after 6 emails. Tried emailing the US customer service and after one response emails were bounced back. Not had a constructive response as of yet (10th July). Just under £30 wasted.

The lift and firm multi balm is amazing. I was skeptical that something so soft and simple could make a difference for my puffy dark circles under my eyes, but I was wrong. It really works!

DO NOT ORDER! I bought a lash lift kit from Luxe and it was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. It damaged and completely ruined my lashes. I emailed customer support 4 times in total and no one reached out. They pride themselves in their efficient customer service team, which is complete bs. If you are thinking about ordering from Luxe, think again. Their products are poor quality, will ruin your features and to top it off, they’ll ghost you. Scam company.
