Never received my product…
Never received my product… Ordered on the 15th July, said 7-10 business days, no package. I’ve enquired about it and stated I have no tracking info and was told that I selected “no tracking” if that was actually an option I would absolutely not select that. I like to track my product. They kept saying that I have to wait the 7-10 business days but at 13 days I was told just to wait another 2 days. I waited 4 and still no product.

Beautiful book..perfect for a first birthday. Something that can be treasured for life Only issue was it seemed to take a long time to arrive ...I was told within a day or two it was sent.. but then took ages to get here
Name comes off
Everytime I apply the name stickers I bought for my daughter I give it the 48 hours like the directions say but everytime I put her cup in the dishwasher on the top rack the name and design come off the sticker part.
