Hi Angela, I again apologise for the delay. As advised the order was shipped from us 15th July. This was due to arrive by approx 23rd July, and I again I am so very sorry this has not arrived. We have spoken directly via email. I have advised there have been delays which appeared to be the post but and that we are still investigating the cause.
