I have sent 3 email about our product condition when received and have had NO RESPONCE at all. I want someone to get back to me URGENTLY please. Hi Dinkleboo Team, Thank you for the refund however that was not what i was after. We really would like the product to give to our grandson So is it possible to get it and have it packaged so it won't get damaged in the post ? Regards Dave Malcolm .
