I have always had a great experience ordering labs at discountedlabs. Their lab orders are available quickly. I like the way they deliver results to email automatically and you can also see past results on the website. The prices are very competitive.
Confirmed appointment not recognized
Very good price for the specific test I wanted. Easy to schedule an appoinitment. However, when I arrived, there is just an automated kiosk and no personnel in sight. The kiosk wouldn't let me proceed to sign in since they had no record of an appointment. When someone exited the lab, I was able to gain access. I showed them my confirmation of the appointment and they let me in. Their system had my appointment scheduled. That was very frustrating.
Long Time User
I have been using Discounted Labs for a number of years and am very satisfied. It is super convenient and reasonably priced. I find it helpful to work around my schedule when I want to have blood work. Especially, when I just want to see certain blood marker values and do not need to see my physician.
