Checkout is extremely confusing! Kept adding recommended items and the graphic and the top of your screen makes you believe your initial purchase wasn’t complete. Ended up buying an additional product that I didn’t want and now will have to send back. It’s intentional and frustrating.
I love the concept of letting the consumer shop and create different and unique scents. I just ordered my Sampler set and am excited and hopeful to find my new signature scent.

The Peptide Night Cream and Needle-Less Serum made a visible difference in my wrinkles and hydration. My skin feels softer, looks brighter, and finally has that healthy glow I was chasing. Total game-changer. Also, I love the tinted moisturizer with sunscreen every day!
Shopping is easy, website is friendly to use, auto ship is a dream, always ready when you are. I even contacted customer service for an issue and they resolved it immediately. It doesn’t get much better than that. Great company!!
I had a problem with a product not dispensing correctly, and the customer service agent was quite helpful. Walked me through how to use it, but eventually came to the conclusion that I got a defective product, so they got a new one sent out right away. Good news, the new one works perfectly!
I love the products. However, the emails and text messages are overwhelming!!! Too many! I am already a good customer, but feel constantly pushed to buy more.
