I never received the product It says deliverd however It was a sunday and my office is not opened. I was asked to check with neighbors, There are no neighbors since we are an office building. They said wait 10 days and I did ... still not here. This company does not seem reliable I just want a refund at this time
Ordered on February 27, and as of today, March 17 (!!!), I still haven’t received the package. Customer service has handled this terribly, especially since the package was clearly lost in transit for some time. They are doing nothing, even though the tracking has said “package lost” for a while. Don’t order from this brand.
I live in South Africa. Ordered a small product on Jan 30th. Paid a hefty price to have it shipped to SA and customs duty. IT STILL HASN’T ARRIVED and it was released from customs 5 days ago!! I tried leaving a review on their website but they blocked it. I was really excited about trying the sunscreen and the needless serum. All the positive reviews and hype, I thought for sure it would be great and I don't particularly have sensitive skin. But I can tell you right now for the price the sunscreen smells like latex paint, so I'm not sure what ingredient is in it, but it doesn't smell good and I've read other reviews that mentioned that issue and it's actually true. As for the needless serum, it completely dehydrates my skin barrier. My fine lines show more after use, even though I'm using it with my face cream of which I have multiple kinds and it still does the same thing. I'm not saying these aren't good products, but they certainly didn't work for me. I can say is that the sunscreen feels okay on my skin so I will give that the extra star.
This is a wonderful company to do business with. The customer service and products are Excellent.
First off, I LOVE DMRTLGY products. They are affordable but more importantly- effective!! However, in the past 4 months there has been a significant decline in their order processing times and accuracy. It took my mom several attempts to get her order and when they finally shipped it, multiple items were out of stock. I am now noticing significant delays in processing and it seems only after I reach out to customer service do I see movement on my order. It is taking 10 plus days for them to process orders, then add in shipping time. You have to plan for you to not get skins. Are products for half a month after ordering! DRMTLGY- please fix this so we can put you back up on that pedestal!!!
I have been asking for a return lable since January. I get an answer but never a lable. Crazy responses. Like the lot number. I just need a return label. I have bought your products before but this one was way too dry for my skin. And my skin is not dry. If you can get me a return lable I would be so grateful.

This brand is one of the go-tos in my household! I am almost 57, and the products I love the most are the growth factor serum and peptide night cream. My teenager can’t live without the acne serum and toner, and we both enjoy the eye patches. You’re not going to see dramatic effects, but these are wonderful for maintenance and “boosting” other products in your routine.
I like the feel of the Universal Tinted moisturizer with spf, but it smells so bad. It continues to smell while I am wearing it. I have tried it twice thinking I must have just gotten an old product, but no. That’s just how it smells. I won’t try any of their other products.
I cancelled my order! The online cart is set up to accidentally add other items. I placed an order, had a question, thats when I realized there contact method was AI in the chat, and no response to emails! After cancelling I get 3 different emails about refund in 15 business days, the other said 10 business days! I don’t like companies like this…. good thing I cancelled
I use the Needle-less Serum and Peptide Night Cream every day and have for years. Love the results!

I ordered their under eye cream concealer and I absolutely love it. It doesn't crease in my fine lines around my eyes and it really gives my eyes a bright eye look
