Products did nothing and had an allergic reaction to one and the return process is excruciating at best. You have to wait for them to respond to you then once they do they try to get you to keep it and after 2 days still no resolution. Buy anything else.
The products (and I use almost all of them) are really excellent quality and reasonable value for money. Customer service needs some work as does the ordering app but on the whole I recommend the company. Well worth the time and money for saving your skin. Their formulations are well thought out (although missing peptides for dynamic wrinkles and DNA repair) and key ingredients are in clinically effective concentrations. In summary, for once you get what you pay for so give it a try. I’m on my eighth order!
Yet another online-only cosmetic company. It is certainly not a prestigious line despite their advertising as “medical grade”.(which they offer no proof of.) I had a bad experience with the expiration date of one item and it was never corrected despite numerous attempts. One weird thing - all items have generic, ungrammatical and often contradictory useage instructions - like just any text is slapped on during the production.process. This is my product experience: Essential Cleanser - clumpy, heavy, threw away after a couple of uses. Universal Tint Moisterizer SPF 46 - No tint at all, not a good moisterizer. Peptide cream - Goes on smoothly and feels good on my face. I can’t tell that it has done anything for me. Exfoliating pads - okay. Luminous Eye Correctot - very good, only product I’ll consider repurchasing. Broad Spectrum SPF 45 Protector. Total fail. Kept sending me items that expire in 2-3 months. I kept asking for longer use, they kept sending duds. 3rd time, I just gave up. This is why we all get ripped off when companies don’t do what they say they will after they take your money.
I have purchased just about every product DRMTLGY has to offer and they are all such high quality products. My favorites are the Needless Growth Factor Serum and the Microdermabrasion Scrub, which makes my skin feel the softest it has ever felt. It is why I continue to repurchase so many of their products. Also, the price cannot be beat!

I purchase products routinely (some are gifts for friends) and have been a customer since about 2022. I've never been disappointed and especially appreciate their tinted and non-tinted sun block for the face (not always easy to find a great sun block that can be applied to the face). Also love the exfoliators, serums and Vitamin C lotion.
I have rosacea and I had a bad reaction to the tinted moisturizer spf 46. Trying to return an item is so ridiculously difficult. You cannot speak to a human being and I have been trying to return the item all morning and have gotten nowhere. Do they do this on purpose so you’ll give up? Customer service is terrible.
UNDER EYE CORRECTOR DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. IT IS JUST A THICK PASTE THAT ATTEMPTS TO COVER DARK CIRCLES BUT DOES NOT EVEN DO THAT. TINTED MOISTURIZER IS JUST A SUNSCREEN WITH SOME SELF TAN IN IT AND THE COLOR DOES NOT MATCH THE SKIN AT ALL. BEWARD OF THE RETURN POLICY! THEY ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS IF THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED. IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT IT DOESN'T DO WHAT THEY ADVERTIZED. PLUS, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND FOR THE RETURN.
Universal Tint and Need-less Serum are nice products. I will continue to use to see if I find long term results as advertised.
I love this moisturizer. I use it every morning before makeup. I love that it is a high SPF and it feels SO light, like its not even there. I love this product so much I often give it as gifts. I would definitely recommend this product.
Love the cleansing products and the serums. I’ve been using them for at least 6 weeks if not more and I see a difference in my skin. Less wrinkles and a brighter complexion. I haven’t tried the make up.
If I could give zero stars, I would. There is not an actual human responding to emails. They offered me a discount and then wouldn't let me use it. When I asked for help, I was given the runaround. A chain of 16 emails and no assistance whatsoever. This company is a SCAM!
Even though this goes on easily, it doesn't have very good coverage. I really can't get past the unpleasant smell.
They tell you that you will be receiving a gift after your order is placed. That was in 2025. No gift as of April 2026. I asked them about this eveytime I get a marketing text from them. I was told to email them. I did 4x but no response. But I get daily texts about their products. They have incrediblly poor service but conract me frequently to get more money. Find another company
I did end up canceling my order as it was taking too long to get to me and they refunded me immediately and canceled my order! I do want to try it again in the future when I’m not in a rush for product!
I got the heavily advertised tinted moisturizer and under eye corrector. Both are fairly good products, not a game changer as all the advertising leads to believe. Just a normal tinted moisturizer and under eye cover up. I may purchase again, but only if there was a deep sale. It’s really just a hyped up product.
I made a single order with them, inputting my credit card number. I usually use ApplePay to give me a layer of protection against fraud, but the company didn't offer that option. Two things happened: I had two charges for the same order on my credit card (amounts differed by a few pennies) and my card was almost immediately hit with 5 fraudulent charges to Rebtel, a cheap international calling service. I called the card and flagged the 5 Rebtel charges as fraud. Luckily, they agreed. I then contacted Customer Service at Drmtlgy and got a run around about the two separate charges. They kept sending me details about the order and saying the issue was resolved, and they were glad they could help me. It took 5 emails with customer service to get someone to admit that the second charge wasn't correct. I obviously will never buy from them again. (And the products I bought were just meh.)
