Update: A human reached out to me and resolved the problem. This is terrible customer service. My package was lost during shipment and never arrived. Yet you keep asking me to send photos of a damaged product that I never received. Please read my messages instead of sending the same generic response over and over again.
I am having a hard time getting past the smell. It smells like a shirt that has been in a dresser drawer for a long time and when you pull it out, it has a musty smell. However, it does give a nice even glow, but not as much as the hype around it.
I'm wondering if this company is a scam. I was trying to order a product and the discount code they sent me didn't work. I contacted the company and they wanted to verify certain information via email....mainly my email address, product I wanted to order which they clearly had since they had asked for me to send a screenshot of error code on checkout page of website. They wanted to verify a totally different email account (hotmail) with my name on it which I have NEVER had a hotmail email. The last email I received from them stated they were going to be sending an invoice with correct discount code, etc. and of course I never received that so I definitely do NOT feel comfortable in buying anything from a company and giving them my credit card number.
I have tried the retinol lotion on my crepey skin, twice a day, as directed, using an entire tube. My skin does not look one bit better than when I started. This product definitely doesn’t work for me.
I placed an order on May 3 and when it wasn't even packed after 2 weeks I reached out to customer service because usually my order is packed within a couple days. They told me that part of my order was out of stock and should be back in stock within a week. I still hadn't heard anything after another week and contacted customer service again. They claimed that they are having issues with the shipping (Amazon) and that they would reach out then to see what the could find out, but offered to submit another order ("free of charge," which was interesting considering I already paid for my order). Another week goes by and I still haven't heard anything. At this point it's going on 4 weeks since my original order was placed. I reach out to customer service who "graciously"offered a 25% off discount for my troubles, keep in mind that is the current promotion they are running, so it means absolutely nothing especially when I ran out of 3 of the products I ordered, completely disrupting my skincare routine and causing me to break out. They don't really listen or offer a solution. Fast forward to yesterday, after over a MONTH since I placed my order, I finally received it. The irony is that I placed an order on June 1 and it will be here only a couple days after my order from May arrived. I never got an email about the items I ordered being out of stock. Customer service never escalated this to management, or at least no one contacted me. Also, I have been ghosted and no one has responded since I last heard that my order was "packed." It's poor customer service and unacceptable practice. They claim to value their customers and that it is not the type of service they strive to provide yet, this is how I get treated. I asked for a reasonable compensation for my time going back and forth with customer service and they fact that my skincare routine was completely disrupted due to running out of 3 of my products that would have been here in time with a normal shipment. Call me petty and unreasonable, It was insulting when they only offered 25% discount considering the 40% discount which caused the products to go out of stock and I felt like I deserved more considering this is not the first time it has happened to me. They are unethical on the sense that will not allow you to post any negative reviews on their website. If you post a negative comment on Facebook, they will delete the comment and kick you out of the group. You can't get ahold of a live person, it's all AI. I considering a different skincare brand because I don't know that it's worth growing through the hassle and supporting a company with these types of practices.
I have this as a subscription. Probably will never change foundation again
The universal tinted moisturiser has a god awful smell and the eye corrector dries your skin. Its not worth the money just hyped up by master marketing.
I agree with the horrible customer service. My package has been in ‘label created’ status for almost 2 weeks (this means it has not shipped and not left a warehouse) and they continue to tell me they’ll refund me when I return it. I can’t return it! I don’t have it and it never actually shipped! And yes, there’s AI generated responses from customer service. Very unhelpful.
Got mine yesterday , the body lotion, and the tube is less than full for sure!!!! Took a while to get also but really disappointed about how much seems missing from tube.
There is no - I mean no customer service. My products have been lost in transit and you cannot reach anything other than AI for product support. I would be very careful ordering from this company.
I have used their products for over a year! I am 61 and I get so many compliments on how young I look! The only “cheating” I have done is a Lip Flip through a Dr office.
Great products! Since I started using DRMTLGY, I have confidence I'm taking excellent care of my skin. I don't look my age, and I'd like to keep it that way!
Update 5/28/2026 Shady business practices: They will block you on Facebook, so you can't leave negative comments on their posts. They will even erase your history of underdelivered orders from their website, so you won't leave bad reviews. They are great at their marketing strategy and very successful at allowing only people who speak well of them on their social platforms and website. But they are HORRIBLE with customer service. I will never buy from them again and won't buy their products elsewhere either. I would not recommend trusting this company. I made a purchase through their website, and 20 days later, I still had not received my order. Their tracking system, which appeared to be linked to Amazon, showed the package as delivered to a completely different location. To make matters worse, my PayPal account was charged, and a recurring payment was set up without my consent. I intended to make a one-time purchase only. My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. If this is how they handle customer orders and payments, I would not feel confident trusting what they put into their product formulas. I would give zero stars if I could.
So I ordered a product, paid with PayPal, but have not received the product , was told when I ordered I would receive an email stating when my item would be shipped, I have yet to get that email, you cannot contact this company, their phone number takes you to a lengthy voice message, you can leave a message that is not returned no reply, I went to PayPal for a refund and b/unbeknownst to me PayPal says it was an ongoing payment, which I quickly changed that at least I was able to do that much, now I need a refund and I will be doing that through PayPal as well. So this company thought they were going to get me billed every month or however long, but I don't get anything in return. Buyer beware.
