I mean go read the reviews. I paid waited 14 hours for 2 responses when I said what's going on the started calling me "retarded" and made a role for it, they offer 24/7 support meaning you can put in a ticket but good luck getting help. they refused to help and then closed the ticket when I said that the software completely crashed my system want a cheaper and BETTER product go to Shxdow for your needs. 24hr key and it was used and never played because i fought their coding the entire time.

We’re sorry for how this ticket was handled. Regardless of the original issue, the way our team responded in the ticket was not acceptable and does not represent the standard we expect from Duck’s Services.
We have reviewed the transcript, spoken with the staff involved, and taken internal action to make sure this does not happen again. You should have received professional troubleshooting instead of disrespectful comments.
For the product issue itself, we did ask for the troubleshooting/support code so we could properly diagnose what was happening, but the ticket clearly went off track before that was resolved. If you are open to it, we would still be happy to look into the issue properly and make sure any lost time is handled fairly.

Was experiencing some issues with a cheat but Trix helped me out as fast as he could, got all my issues resolved the game did undergo an update so I understand knew there would be minor issues. Highly recommend their services.

What made my experience great? Solely, Anthony. Anthony is the only one that made my service great. I had issue after issue, with delivery, shipping, software delays, etc.

Anthony 100% deserves a promotion, as his customer support was exceptional and he went out of his way multiple times to assist me with the issues I was having.
He also did not complain, did not make me feel as though my issues were burdening him, etc.

I cannot thank my dood Anthony enough bro this guy is insaneeee he came in clutch and helped me when staff were low on replying to me, yeah they helped but it was every like 7 hours they'd respond, respect to those others that tried.. but Anthony just helped in the right way, he did it prettyyyyyy fast too can't thank the dude enough. If it weren't for him I'd still be sitting here trying to get this dma to work, props to him hes goateddddd +rep.

trix helped me with a long had issue and did not get mad at me for asking stupid or dumb questions instead helped me understand and fixed my issue while dealing with others and also palying cs
