I paid waited 14 hours for 2 responses when I said what's going on the started calling me "retarded" and made a role for it, they offer 24/7 support meaning you can put in a ticket but good luck getting help. they refused to help and then closed the ticket when I said that the software completely crashed my system want a cheaper and BETTER product go to Shxdow for your needs. 24hr key and it was used and never played because i fought their coding the entire time.
