I shop with Dutch Grown for some years now and they never disappointment me, when ever I have a problem I shoot them an email and the next day I get an answer. I just wish the rest of the industry had the same customer service as Dutch Grown have. They are the BEST !

Billed me for Fall bulbs in the Spring
The Spring-planting bulbs arrived fairly quickly and I was billed for them, which is fine, but I was also billed for the Fall-planting bulbs, which made up more than 1/2 the order, at the same time, in the Spring. Grumble.

Please understand that as a small family company, we have always operated on a prepaid pre-order basis. Our system does not have access to nor store your payment information at any point, and is thus unable to charge you at any point. You make payment yourself when you are placing your order. I ordered the golden olaxis and the small red one. the golden ones are doing very poorly. I have pictures of both. Any suggestions? It was almost a $19.00 with shipping and it looks terrible. I watered them both the same time and I cant figure what's wrong.I have them under a plant light.

When I received my order it was wrong
When I received my order it was wrong. One of the hellebore I planted had no corns but look like roots so I planted it and has not grown since planting. The other hellebores that I have received have not grown. I texted them about this situation. No response. This happened to my order last year but I said nothing cuz it was too cold and snowing to plant so I thought it was my fault. However, this company has heart! They did reach out and truly wanted to make things right. And they did!!! Thanks you so much for your awesome customer service.

I started sending flower bulbs to my daughter. She is establishing a beautiful garden. Amazing results. We review our choices and I send them to her in the fall and now in the spring. Her pictures are wonderful as each catalog photo comes to life. It is a gift that goes on giving. The anticipation, planning and excitement when they first appear is thrilling. Start a new tradition and share bulbs with a family member. I am not sure who enjoys it more - the sender or the recipient.
