While the sheets look beautiful and have a wonderful weight, they are a mass of wrinkles when they come out of the dryer. I washed them on cold, and dried them on ultra low - top sheet and fitted sheet separately so as not to crowd them. I hate how they look and will have to iron them. I had previously ordered the duvet cover and it washed and dried beautifully, so I had high hopes for the sheets. If I liked them I was planning on ordering a few more sets, but I am very disappointed, so that isn't going to happen.
Hi Catherine, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not loving our sheets. Because they are made of all-natural 100% cotton, the fibers in our sheeting will relax over time, getting softer and more supple the more you wash them. We recommend washing in warm water with no bleach or fabric softeners. Air drying or using a dryer on ultra-low, as you did, is ideal. If you need to iron, we recommend using a steam setting. Please give our customer service department a call at 800-282-1671, for more care and product information. If you purchased a percale weave, a smoother sateen may be better fit for you!
The quality of their products always supersedes expectations.
Thank you Denise, we appreciate your kind words!

There are really not enough stars to give to Eastern Accents and Michelle C! Michelle and EA took what was a nightmare of an experience with a decorator I hired and work diligently to rectify the terrible situation the decorator created. I finally received my draperies after much work from Michelle and they are beautiful! I've never worked with a company that went above and beyond like EA and Michele C!
Thank you for sharing Lori, Michelle is one of our best! We are happy to hear that your draperies all worked out :)
Amy was absolutely the best. Knew the product and more importantly knew how to get me through the process. Great work all around. Thanks. Alan at Warner Interiors
