All the items were as advertised. The special water hose holder was exactly what we needed. Ruby clothes hangers are the ideal solution for keeping the closet neat and being able to find matching items. Fast services are appreciated. Thank you.

Missing/wron item
One item I ordered has never arrived. One OTHER. ITEM was onot in shipment but a substitute was there. It did not indicate it was the wrong item used as a substitute. Am in process of returning wrong item. I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED RETURN SHIPPING FOR THE WRONG ITEM. And no comment was included as to why a substitute was sent nor why one item was missing. What aren’t you doing?

I can not get in touch with your company either by phone or email. I just want to exchange my footwear to a larger size. The sneakers or the sandals doesn't fit. I placed my order on May 6th and received them on May 16th 2 days before my birthday,which is when I wanted to wear my sneakers but couldn't.

Never got delivery after 3 weeks of waiting. When I tracked the package it was always delayed but nver got here, so I canceled it.
