What people say

This printer will not last more than a…

This printer will not last more than a month or two and then when you contact customer service they will give a short one sentence reply, send you a part after you pay postage which doesn’t fix the problem. Then when you contact them again they just go around in circles with suggestions. We did everything they suggested and it still didn’t work amd when I asked for a refund they ignored my messages. Very poor company to deal with.

I love Easythreed

I love Easythreed, they are cheap, easy to use, and generally are good quality. I see some people complain about print quailty, but that is to be expected of printers of this price, and it's not bad! I find people get bad quality when using custom profiles in slicers. I bought the k7, and performs surprisingly well out of the box (for the price), with their included slicer, however, once I used Cura, I had to do some tuning understandably, since it was a custom slicer. I do not have experience with customer service, but if you have a problem, it would not be hard to diagnose, as Easythreed does have Youtube with guides, and parts, spare motors, belts, etc on Aliexpress. Yes, I recommend Easythreed, if your just getting started with 3D printing, and don't want to fully invest, this is a great option. but if you could spare a bit more cash, you could get a Creality Ender 3 V3 SE and have a more smooth experience.

DON'T BUY PRINTETS OFF THESE GUYS…

I DID ALL THE REPAIRS ONLY TO FIND MORE ERRORS, NOT CORRECTLY MOVING ON THE Z AXIS UP AND DOWN IT WILL NOT PRINT ABOVE 6MM AFTER 36 EMAILS USUALLY 1 OR2 WORD REPLYS FROM SUPPORT I AM STILL NO FURTHER FORWARD SO PLEASE PLEASE TAKE HEED AND BUY A PRINTER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT
