Charged me full replacement cost for a book while sent me an empty envelope
I rented a textbook from eCampus and the envelope arrived EMPTY. No book inside.
When I reported it, eCampus admitted in writing they could NOT verify the package weight and could NOT confirm what was delivered — tracking had expired on their end. They have zero proof the book ever reached me. Their response? Charge me the full replacement cost anyway.
I asked repeatedly for a supervisor to review it. Refused. They billed me for an item they cannot prove they ever sent.
I've filed a formal dispute for merchandise not received, using their own written admissions as evidence. Be warned: if your rental arrives empty or never shows up, eCampus will make it YOUR problem — even with no evidence on their side.
I was a little hesitant about ordering… but it exceeded my expectations!
I was a little hesitant about ordering from the store because I hadn’t heard about it before and the price was so much cheaper than any of the other online book renters and retailers. However, I got it extremely quickly and it was a seamless transaction and I definitely recommend it. Expectations exceeded! The book was in better than advertised condition.

Half of my order was cancelled
Half of my order was cancelled. I only received 1 of the two books I ordered. eCampus did not give me a reason or attempt to replace the missing item. It did give me a credit voucher though.
