We love your products, but not giving me a heads up that the order I placed before thanksgiving wasn't going to make it before Christmas until i had to reach out the week of isn't ideal. If I had recieved an email ahead of time it would have been totally fine. Great products, need better communication to customers.

Delivery of my product was when I was at a festival and I had informed them of this and they still sent it. I requested it to be delivered before the festival i even payed for the quick shipping option.lison to people when they say there going out of town for a festival and if you can't make the order available before the festival say it. Make a refund or ask if I would want to have it delivered after the festival do not say we will try say I don't think that's posable and do a refund.loosing a costume is probably not worth 1 order.
